Louis Braille invented an entirely new language so that people who cannot see can learn through their sense of touch. Carrying on the dream of the Frenchman is The Victoria Memorial School for the Blind. The school was founded in 1902, with the aim to offer the visually impaired children from underprivileged backgrounds. The school offers classes up to standard VII at present and hopes to extend it to grade X soon.
